A Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Foreign Ministry Training Centers of Turkey and Israel was signed during the political consultations between the two countries held in Ankara on 3 April 2008,  by the Under Secretary of the Foreign Ministry Ambassador Ertugrul Apakan and the Under Secretary of the Israeli Foreign Ministry Aaron Abramovich.
